Easter is Sunday, so prepare for a weekend full of Easter-related activities, but that's not all that's on tap this weekend.
The Greenville Road Warriors Super Hero Night kicks off the weekend at 7 p.m. April 3 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kids will have a chance to meet Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Spider-man, Elsa from "Frozen," Iron Man, Captain America and others. Families can purchase a special Fantastic 4 Pack for $60, which inclues four tickets, hot dogs, chips, drinks and two drawstring bags.
The Eastside Family YMCA invites the community to bring their families to the EGGstravaganza! Hunt and Fun 7-8 p.m. April 3 at the Eastside Family YMCA, 1250 Taylors Road, Taylors. The free event will feature an egg hunt with prizes, face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny and fitness class demonstrations. Eggs will be hidden by age groups: 0-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-10 years and 11-12 years.

The Easter Bunny Trail Hop 5K will begin at 8:30 a.m. April 4 at Lake Conestee Nature Park, 840 Mauldin Road, Greenville. Entry fee is $20 preregistration and $25 the day of the race. Participants will run 5 kilometers on a rolling course that winds its way through Lake Conestee Nature Park on a mix of dirt, gravel and pavement. Along the course, runners will find Easter eggs stuffed with prizes and goodies. A special Easter egg hunt for children ages 8 and younger will follow the race at the finish line. Lake Conestee Nature Park features a large playground and smooth walking path for those with little kids.

Join the Children's Museum of the Upstate 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday before the first annual STEM festival for two special events — the Aldebaran Robot Experience and the Betaversity Box Experience. The Aldebaran robots will be inside the museum offering demos throughout the day. There will be in-depth, one hour workshops for educators at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Limited space, registration required. The BetaVersity BetaBox will be parked in the bus lane in front of the museum and open to museum visitors from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Use 3D printers, LEDs, a laser cutter and simple materials to fill the area around BetaBox with a wave of home made flowers. The iMAGINE Upstate Festival will bring downtown Greenville alive with interactive shows and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics lessons 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. April 4. This free family-friendly event aims to educate students, families and young professionals about opportunities available in the Upstate. Stages along Main Street, including at the Gunter Theatre at the Peace Center, the TD Stage, the Wyche Pavilion and at the Village Green, will offer robotics demonstrations, a game show, a futuristic fashion show, a hovercraft experience and more.
